Community School District Two, New York City (ongoing since 2002) As a intern first and currently as a consultant, I have participated in designing Project EXSEL Site, Excellence in Social and Emotional Learning, from its early stage back in February 2002. Currently I am in the process of designing collaboration tools and online activities to support teachers and students involved in EXSEL. June-Summer 2003, I had the opportunity to teach an independent study course at ILT.

(2002) Evaluator for Funciones, the first massive teacher training experience in Chile.I have also been involved in presenting and executing projects for a language media center, the redesign of an EFL curriculum along with setting up a language learning website, and the design of interactive tools in the field of social and emotional learning.

Teaching computer technology to teenagers Greyston Foundation and Salvation Army Summer Camp. With a project based approach our lessons have focused on accomplishing completed "products" in each session. Instructional Design & Technology, consultant. Have had the chance to teach an independent study course on advanced web design this summer 2003. Students drew their own course syllabus by setting up goals and activities to accomplish during 5 weeks, meeting physically at ILT once a week. I taught English as a foreign language (EFL) at all levels beginners to advanced for various academic fields and professions at the Schools of Civil Engineering, Service Administration and Education.
I also set up the instructional curriculum and materials for the language laboratory, conducted initial teacher training and ongoing deployment of a communicative approach for the lab sessions. Eventually I designed a website to support the language lab students with vocabulary, grammar and listening skills, and also transcripts of audio and video segments practiced in class.
Later I also taught Applied Grammar I and II to pre-service teachers majoring in EFL.Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile,

I taught English for Academic Purposes serving the Modern Languages Department. The classes mainly focused on teaching reading skills to students considering their field of study. At this time I attended a 3-week international seminar on teaching English for Specific Purposes (ESP) in England.
